Enrolments are now open for Kindy 2027 - we encourage applications to be submitted before July 23rd 2026
Step 1
Fill out the Application Form.
Return to the office along with the following documents:
(Part A) along with copies of the documents listed below.
Child's Birth Certificate (Original or certified copy);
Current Australian Childhood Immunisation Register history statement.
Proof of residential address:
A current rate notice or
A current rental agreement
Current utilities bill
Visa Grant Notice:
Child's Passport;
Parents Passport;
If applicable.
Family Court Orders or parenting plans registered with the Family Court;
Medical – any special medical care plans, diagnosis reports (e.g. asthma, anaphylaxis).
Step 2
North Woodvale Primary School is a local intake school , all Kindy applications are presented to the Principal for endorsement. We will be in contact in late July/ early August, once Kindy applications close to advise the next step in our enrolment process, a letter of acceptance will be emailed to families with a placement at our school.
Step 3
If you have received an acceptance letter, please complete and return the following documents via return email or by handing in completed documentation to our administration office.
Completed Enrolment Form Part B (provided by our administration team)
Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) (please see attached information sheet) if you have not sent already
An Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement, no more than two months old, with a status of ‘up to date’; or
An AIR Immunisation History Statement, no more than two months old, showing the status is ‘not up to date’ and an approved catchup schedule; or
A valid immunisation certificate issued or declared by the Chief Health Officer.
Please note that Kindergarten is not a compulsory year level. As a result, Kindergarten classes will be capped once they reach capacity. When all available places have been filled, a waitlist will be established for any additional enrolment applications.
