The first step in our enrolment process is to complete the Fill out the Application Form.

(Part A) along with copies of the documents listed below.

Child's Birth Certificate 

Current Australian Childhood Immunisation Register history statement

Proof of residential address:
A current rate notice or
A current rental agreement

Current utilities bill

Visa Grant Notice:
Child's Passport;
Parents Passport;

If applicable.

Family Court Orders or parenting plans registered with the Family Court;

Medical – any special medical care plans, diagnosis reports (e.g. asthma, anaphylaxis).

Please complete and return with the supporting documents to our school reception / via return email.

Once we receive the completed application, we will present your application to the Principal for endorsement and schedule a time to meet with our administration team for a tour of our school, should you require.
