Please advise the office if your child suffers from a condition that requires our attention and support.

This includes conditions such as asthma, allergies or other medical conditions. It is important that you provide the school with an Action Plan provided by your family doctor if your child has a known medical condition. A confidential record of students with specific conditions is maintained within our electronic records system. It is preferable that prescription and non-prescription medication is administered to your child at home before and after school. However, we acknowledge that medication may be required to be administered whilst your child is at school. If this is the case, you must complete the appropriate Health Care Plan which can be obtained from the front office.
