Absences / Illness
To notify the school of absences, an email or phone call from the parent/carer should be forwarded giving the date and the reason for the absence for our school records.
If your child is showing symptoms of the onset of an illness or recovering from illness, we recommend that they be rested at home. Please fill in the form below.

Late Passes
If your child arrives after 8.45am, they must come through the Administration Office to collect a late pass which they will then take to their classroom teacher.
Leaving School Early
Parents collecting their children during the school day are required to sign them out at the Administration Office.
A leave pass will be provided to the parent/carer, which needs to be presented to the teacher prior to the children being released from class. It is vital that when enrolling children, the names of all people authorised to collect children from school are listed on the enrolment form.
To ensure the security of all children, you may be asked for identification at the time of pick up. In the interests of child protection, no child will be permitted to be picked up by an unauthorised person.
